Terms of Service
Effective date: January 1, 2026
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Creativo Atelier’s studio rental services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Bookings and payment
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit.
- Balances are due before access unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at 1.5× the hourly rate.
3. Access and conduct
- You must comply with posted studio rules, building policies, and safety guidance.
- No smoking or open flames without prior written approval.
- Animals require prior approval; additional cleaning fees may apply.
4. Equipment and damages
You are responsible for any damages to the premises or equipment caused by your crew, guests, or vendors. Report incidents to our staff immediately.
5. Insurance
Commercial productions require a certificate of insurance naming Creativo Atelier as additional insured. Minimum limits may apply depending on the activity.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds follow the policy described on our FAQ page. Credits, where applicable, expire 6 months from issuance.
7. Intellectual property
You retain rights in your content. You grant us a limited right to use your project name or logo in a client list with prior written permission only.
8. Prohibited uses
Do not use the studios for unlawful activities or activities that create undue risk to people or property.
9. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., utility outages).
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creativo Atelier will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amounts paid for the relevant booking.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Creativo Atelier and its staff from claims arising from your use of the studios, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by updating the effective date and providing reasonable notice.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue lies in the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
